Review by hotel critic
As a cultural tour guide with a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for Vietnamese traditions, my stay at Meritel Hotel was a truly exceptional experience. the staff went above and beyond, not only ensuring my comfort but also surprising me by finding a lost bracelet and returning it to me promptly-a true testament to their attentiveness and care for their guests. the ironing facilities in the room were top-notch, allowing me to always present myself professionally during my tours. the air conditioning was a welcome relief after a long day exploring, and the mini-bar was well-stocked with local treats that added a delightful touch to my evenings on the terrace, enjoying the serene garden furniture and the soundproofed rooms that provided a peaceful sanctuary in the bustling city. The free toiletries were of high quality, and the electric kettle in the room meant I could always relax with a comforting cup of tea while watching the flat-screen TV on the parquet floor after a day of guiding. the hotel's proximity to renowned cultural landmarks and dining spots like Namaste Ha Noi and Madame Hien Restaurant made it a perfect choice for immersing myself in the vibrant tapestry of Hanoi. Overall, Meritel Hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations in every aspect, leaving me eagerly anticipating my next stay at this exquisite establishment that truly encapsulates the essence of Vietnamese hospitality and luxury.
